Deep Retrofit

Following on from their vast experience of the past Sixteen years Dungarvan Insulation have expanded its services to providing a Deep Retrofit Service to its clients.

This is a complete overhaul of the fabric of your home, with the aim of improving energy conservation, smart energy use and your overall upgrade includes Building Energy Rating (BER). Roof, wall and floor insulation, new windows and doors, and improved heating, plumbing, electrical and ventilation systems.

Any investment in energy-efficiency results in fuel-consumption savings, yet, as energy prices currently stand, it is unlikely that these savings will give you, in the short-to-medium term, a full return on your investment to offset the cost of your Deep Retrofit. However, the retrofit will of course improve the value and saleability of your home.

While we can give you a cost-benefit analysis of each element of any energy-efficiency upgrade, our service is geared primarily towards those who value the benefits of giving their home a thorough internal makeover, making where they live warmer and more comfortable, with an improved energy-rating.
